On Thursday, July 16th, the Association of Medical Media will hold its final virtual event of the program year. Join us for a wide-ranging conversation with a collection of AMM Past Presidents. On April 30, 2020, the AMM held a Town Hall through Facebook Live. Moderated by Jason E. Carris, this virtual event allowed us to hear from a panel of industry colleagues as they share experiences, insights, and suggestions for navigating this changing environment. 


February 20, 2020Educational Forum Digital Ad Fraud Update

The health care industry should take a lesson on ad fraud from large companies such as Chase, Uber, and P&G, who found that cutting out mobile exchanges for ad placement made no difference in business outcomes, according to an independent ad fraud and cybersecurity researcher.

Because “most of their traffic was bots anyway…they did not see any impact on their outcomes,” said Augustine Fou, PhD, from the Marketing Science Consulting Group.

November 21, 2019 - Educational Forum

Santos Torres, Senior Director of Marketing, Bausch + Lomb, shared his thoughts on how and when to present to the customer print as a marketing option to the AMM audience. 

Following Torres, Jon Bigelow from the Coalition Healthcare Communications provided an update on FDA leadership and initiatives, and the effort to rein in drug prices.

David Reim, Chief Privacy Officer, DMD, gave an update on data privacy.
